Return and refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags, and clear garment in packaging with SKU label. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow us 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Processing Time
Processing time is 5-7 business days after we receive the return.
To help expedite the processing of returns, please follow these instructions:
- Return auth number must be included with the return.
- All items returned must be new, unworn, and in original clear garment bag with SKU sticker and tags.
- Send return back within 7 business days of this submission to: (Return address will be provided)
- Please note, the return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined if the above criteria are not met. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
