Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days for US products and 5-10 business days for overseas products. 

Please note that some of our retailers may take longer to ship your order. 

We offer Standard Shipping which takes 2-10 business days for your order to be delivered once shipped. 

Additional shipping charges may occur based on the product being purchased, shipping service, and delivery address. Purchasing from multiple retailers in one order may result in multiple shipping charges. 

We offer free shipping on orders over $99. (Free shipping exclude products from our Polynesian collection and drinkware).

FREE shipping on all U.S. orders over $99. (Free shipping is U.S. -only)

We currently do not ship internationally.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

A shipment confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped by a retailer. If you purchased from multiple retailers on a single order, you may receive multiple shipment confirmation emails. 

 

Order Cancellation Policy

An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped. Please refer to our return and refund policy to request a return and refund.
